What the???

I got out on a run today but it was a push the whole time.  It didn't feel good, I was tired right from the start not sure what was going on.  So rather than do my 5.5 route, I just did my 4.5 route.  I am tired of running in the cold weather though, so looking forward to spring.

Another Day Another Run

Today's run started off kind of cool, but no rain or snow.  I ran about 8K today and it was a good one.  Working my way up to 10K since I have signed up for a 10K in May.

What a great run

What a beautiful day it is today!  A nice sunny day, perfect for an afternoon run.  I had intended on going farther but just didn't feel like it once I was going but that is ok.  I am just happy to get out on a nice day and not have to climb over logs!

Forgetting to post

So last week I ran on Monday and Thursday and now I headed out again today with Jason and some friends.  I think I am not the norm here.  I like to do my runs on the streets, not sure I like going up the mountain, through creeks, over logs and through bushes!  but it was sort of fun.  Glad I went.

Into a Groove

So I ran on Sunday with Jason about 4.5K through the trails, and in a slight rain.  Yesterday I went for a run myself after work, about 4.5K.  How could I not, it was a beautiful sunny, springlike afternoon!

Finally Run

Well being really sick and absolutely no energy for one week and then this week recouping I have not done a lot of exercise.  Today Jason and I went for a run through the trails.  He left his truck at a friends so we had to run over to get it.  It was raining slightly but it was ok.  Was still a little hard for me, had a hard time breathing.  But I got out that is the main thing.  Funny thing is... he left his truck at his friends house, who happens to have gotten a ride here so he can catch a cab after the superbowl.  I said, "Why didn't you just leave him your keys and he could have just driven your truck here today rather than having (his wife) drop him off?"  Friend says, "That's what my wife said too"   I guess some men have a hard time thinking of common sense things, hehehe!
