What a gorgeous day!

I took Max on a 5K run today.  It was such a beautiful, sunny day and we had a great run!

Is it dedication or did I eat too much?

The rain has not let up here, quite the bummer.  However, it did look like a bit of a let up so I got dressed for a run, Max saw me and got very excited.  Then the rain started again.  How could I not go?  So I did, a short one mind you, but I did go.  Now is that dedication or did I eat too much yesterday??? The truth... I defninitely ate too much yesterday, but what a great Christmas we had.

Now back to regularly scheduled cleaning and laundry.

Ran with Max

Today between rainfalls I decided to go on a short run and see how Max (our 7 month puppy) did.  He did great so it looks like I have a running partner now.  Today I only did about 3K but long enough, when I got back it started raining again!

Finally out

I got all ready for a run yesterday, went outside and the skies opened up... it just poured... so I came back in.  Today I got out for a short half hour run.  That is all I intend to do during this busy season when I am trying to get so much stuff done around here!

Between the rain and against the wind

I snuck out on a short run today.  I went between rainfalls but it was windy and I had to run against the wind, whew.  Oh well, I went and that is what is important!

What a beautiful sunny day!  I finally got out for a run again.  Danica and I have been going to Curves a couple of times per week, aiming for 3 but seem to only get 2 times.  I have gone on a hike with Jason and the dog, but with snow on the ground and the busyness of the days I haven't been able to run.  So today I did a short 5.5K run and it was a good one.  Now back to getting ready for the season!
