Running with the men

Today Jason asked if I wanted to run with him and his friend up through the trails behind our house (up the mountain).  We did about 7.5K and apart from slipping and falling on a tree root it was pretty good.  We shall see how I feel tomorrow!

Ran with Jaimee

So today, Jaimee wanted to try running, we ran to my mom's about 6K away.  Jaimee ran half of the time so good for you Jaimee! 

A Windy run

I just did an 8K run and dodged the rain.  It held off but I got to run in the wind, it was a bit of a windy day but glad I got out and even more happy that I finally did a bit longer of a run.

Short but sweet

Finally another beautiful sunny day.  I squeezed in a short 5K run.  Too many things to do with too little time.  Hoping, now that things should get back into routine, to start doing longer runs on the weekend.
