9K not bad

I had absolutely no motivation to run today, so much to do, so little time and so little sunshine.  But I went out and it ended up being a 9K run so I am happy about that.  I have gone on a couple of short runs during the week but if I want to do a half marathon, I better get out on more long ones.

Another day

Not much to say, I went for a 4K run today.  Getting brave though... I went in the bush with Max.  He loved it, he can be off the leash then.

A quick run

A couple of days of sunny warm weather and we are back to cool, rainy days.  I even had to put the heat on today.  Nontheless I took Max out for a short quick run in the trails.  Better than nothing!

Times Colonist 10K

I did the TC 10K today in Victoria.  I had hoped to finish it in less than an hour and I did!  barely but I did it - 59:44!  Yay, made my day to find that out!  Now we shall see how I do in the Qualicum one in 2 weeks.
