One speed Joe
When ever I do on a shorter run I try to run it faster. I keep thinking I am going faster and feel good about that. When I get home I check my pace and see that I am pretty much the same speed that I usually am. I guess I am just one speed Joe... not even the threat of rain got me speedier, LOL!
