Spring is here???

Another short 5K (knee was bothering me a bit) run, but it was without the dog and I got to run in my shorts again.  Love that!

Another Long Run

So I had another out of town Dr. appointment today and since I have to take the day off to go I decided to do a run while there.  A change of 'venue' so to speak.  I did a 10K run in the sun and it was great!

A run

I ventured out on a run today, hoping to do another long one as it was such a beautiful day and no wind!  I was in shorts even.  However my legs were kind of crampy and tight so I only went 8K, instead of the 10 or 12 I was going to try to do.  That is ok with me though, it was a good run.

Finally a good run

The weather cooperated today, it was sunny (but cool for this time of year) and no rain.  I didn't have the dog so I went on a longer run.  I ran just over 9K and it felt good.  I have a 10K race coming up in a couple of weeks so still trying to be good and ready for that.

Another Run

I ran.  That is about all I can say.  Warmer weather finally (yay) but the dog kept wanting to stop and drink out of the puddles (boo).  Quite windy (boo) and the dog tripped me 2 times - should have just stayed home!  Rain called for the rest of the week though so I am glad I went.

Brain and legs not connected???

Finally got out for a quick run today.  Spent the morning driving kids around and doing errands.  I wanted to try to run a little faster but it seemed like the legs weren't connected to the legs, LOL!  Oh well, at least I go out.

A beautiful, sunny day and...

I wait for the clouds, wind and sprinkles of rain before I decide to head out for my run!  Well I was tied up for the better part of the day but I should have gone out an hour earlier.  However, a short run is better than no run at all.  And I did a faster pace than I usually do so I am happy about that.
