Spring is here???

Another short 5K (knee was bothering me a bit) run, but it was without the dog and I got to run in my shorts again.  Love that!

    WOW Laurel. I just read...well a long ways back and WOW, you are so inspiring. 10K? WOW!! I'm working hard at a 5K and it's a struggle at times. Amazing. Good luck with your upcoming run. Thank you for stopping by.
