Second run this weekend

I managed to get a second run in this weekend.  That hasn't happened in awhile.  I did my regular 6K run and it was ok, has been better but at least I did it and it was better than the other runs this week!  Now I was in at the school for 2 1/2 hours this morning, have done a run, now I'm off to play in my craft room and do some laundry!
