Better!

Well I dropped the kids off at their track practice and then went for a run.  It was much better.  I feel the 10K looming so I am hoping to try an do a long run on the weekends and run 2 times during the week.  The 10K is at the end of April so only just a month away. I want to be able to do it in around 1 hour so I have to work, work, work!
