Walk don't run...

Well today Jason and I went for a 10K hike up the mountain behind our house today.  So no run, but still a lot of exercise.  It was nice to get out with just him (well and the dog, lol) and it was a nice day.

    Sounds like a hefty hike. Glad you did it and enjoyed some time with hubby (and the dog, LOL)
