Squeaked in a run tonight

In between dropping Danica off at her pottery class and then going to pick her up again I have squeaked in a bit of a run.  I am a bit stiff and sore so not my best one.  I may be able to run tomorrow but then that is probably it until the big race in a week and a bit.  We are at a track meet this weekend and then the following week I won't be doing a lot, want to rest and be ready!
