Today I went a bit farther on my run so I ran at a bit of a slower pace. I did about 10.5k and I still felt good at the end. Getting ready for my 10k race on September 5th.
Wow, good for you! I started a 13 week program, it's supposed to get me ready for a 10K, and I made it to week 5 before the smoke got bad and life got in the way, blah, blah blah! If I can get back on track I want to do the 10K for the Terry Fox run, I think it's in September, too! Wish me luck!
