Finally!

I had been sick for about 2 weeks, a pounding head and very tired.  Friday morning when I woke up I was soaking wet, guess the 'fever' broke.  Anyhow apart from a couple of running club runs and the short daily runs with my class I haven't done anything.  Today I did a short, slow 25 minute run.  Going to ease back into it.  Felt good though!

  1. I'm so sorry to hear you have been sick! You sure couldn't tell from all your creative efforts, but I am happy to hear you are finally feeling better. Yay for being able to get back into your running routine!
