Lots of Exercise on the weekends!

Last weekend while camping I ran 13K to our track meet and the next day I biked it.  Not much time for running during this past week, not even with the Running Club at school.  Yesterday I ran about 4K with the dog and today I did just over 15K..  This long run was good.  I don't get winded, I could keep on going, except that my legs start to get tight and tired.  Working my way up to 21K in October.
