Man life is busy!

I only managed to get to Curves once with Jaimee last week and that is all.  Life is busy but a fun busy.  I have a lot DT assignments I am working on as well as work and family life.  I did run today though and without my knee brace.  I  think now that I have lost the weight I won't need it, fingers are crossed (because wearing the brace gives me eczema and that's another story - so fun to age isn't it!).
