Ran with Jason

Last night Jason asked if I would run with him today (he was sort of kidding).  Well he headed out for a walk with the dog and about 1 1/2 hours later I was just heading out for my run when he got back.  I told him I waited and he then felt like he had to come, hehehe.  So he got changed and we went out for a 5K run.  It was good.  He ran at my speed.  Perhaps this could be a regular thing for us.
