Run those dinners off!

The weather was not bad today... clear but cool so I decided to try and do a long run.  I put on hubby's GPS watch and off I went.  I did an 8K run in 50 minutes, felt good too.  I realized I can run farther but it seems that after about 30 minutes I am bored and just want it done and overwith!  Next is to try and find a 10K route to see how I do.

    Do you listen to music when you run? I have to, it helps alot.

  2. Fabulous! Love your post title. hee, hee! I agree, listening to upbeat music helps me...when I actually get out an exercise, that is. (hangs head in shame) LOL
