Doing great

You know, I stepped on the scale again and it is not going down as fast as I would like it too (at least it is going down). I feel that I am working so hard, with all the running and really watching what I am eating, I just wish it would drop more quickly. Nonetheless, I guess I should be happy that it is going down little by little and I am feeling good... well except for the knee... I'm off to the Dr. today.

  2. Slow and steady wins the race! Are you adding weight training into your mix? I saw Jillian Michaels on Today yesterday, and she said that women can't just do cardio. We need weight resistance (especially lower body) to boost our metabolism. I like that my muscles make me look long and lean even when my weight doesn't change.

    Good luck with the knee...I hope you got some good news today!
