Overcast run

Well this morning it was slightly overcast for my run, nice for a change! However, the sun is out now, I was kind of hoping for a bit of cool weather.



I managed to stretch out my route once again and it is 4.7km. It is close enough to 5 for me and it is a good run.



Gone: 32 minutes Run: 27 Walk: 5 - even ran for 1 minute up the killer hill!
